Doggie Birthday Party

I know what your thinking, "Seriously, a birthday party for your dog?" In my defense I was conned by a pro. My sweet, possibly manipulative, darling daughter sat down next to me as I sipped my afternoon coffee, soaking in a few brief moments of quiet after getting the twins down for a nap but before starting to resort order to the house. She started with a few seemingly simple requests, "Mommy, Stella is part of our family right?" but soon I could see that she had an agenda, "And we love her right? Then why don't we have a family birthday dinner and cake for her like our other family members?" Well she convinced me, so we had a family birthday party for the dog.
